Customer Service Representative for Home Ops Claims

This role will be responsible for performing a variety of telephone and clerical support functions while providing exceptional customer service in a field claim office.

Performs a variety of telephone and clerical support functions while providing exceptional customer service in a field claim office, including responding to inquiries, maintaining files, and/or operating standard office equipment. Answers in-bound calls from clients regarding all homeowner claims from catastrophe to conventional, provide support to Home Ops field claim adjusters and assists customers with policyholder service inquiry calls and correspondence. Responds to questions, provides addresses and contact information, documents claims file, and research and resolves problems. Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
