User Interface Designer

- You are exceptionally creative, energetic, and passionate about creating an outstanding user experience. - You seek a creative outlet and enjoy a juicy, meaningful challenge. - You love digging into details. - You crave to innovate, transform, and build. - You have past experience or an interest in health and/or information-rich applications. - Design UI mocks, workflows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for all screen sizes based on project goals - Collaboratively design information architectures - Complete designs iteratively that meet business goals and requirements while maintaining and thoughtfully refining design patterns and UI standards - Perpetually demonstrate expertise UI/UX design both in discussion and practice. - Design and manage style guidelines to support brand identity - Be involved in running usability studies on your work and collaborating on early UX research - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists, and customers - Own, manage and organize all creative assets and deliver them to partners and collaborators as needed.

- Intuitive ability to create amazing user experiences - Understanding of best-practices in UI/UX design - Obsessive attention to detail - Ablility to analyze, optimize, and simplify workflows - Ability to brainstorm, sketch, wireframe, and prototype product designs - Understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies - 2-3+ years professional experience in user experience and visual design - Responsive design experience - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related. - Higher degree a plus - Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user experience - Expert in mobile and desktop optimized design practices - Thrive in highly collaborative, fluid, fast-paced open office environment - Strong communication skills needed to provide direction and to establish best practices within the team - Ability to grasp multiple product requirements with careful attention to detail - Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision - Experience with information-rich applications a plus - Experience with health-related applications a plus
