National Sales Assistant

The National Sales/Administrative Assistant works under the direction of the Station Manager & Local Sales Managers to perform all necessary support/service duties pertaining to WGGB/WSHM.

* Enters and confirms sales orders. * Works and maintains all pre-empts and make-goods. * Researches and resolves log discrepancies. * Maintains and updates account files. * Provides executive assistance to the Station Manger * Provides administrative support including reception, mail room and internal communication * Assists with database maintenance. * 25% - Inputs and confirms orders * 25% - Works with LSMs to resolve discrepancies * 25% - Provides support to LSMs and sales staff. * 25% - Provides executive assistance to Station Manager

**Education** * High school diploma or equivalent. **Experience** * Two years sales support experience is required. **Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** * Strong computer, wide orbit, organizational and phone skills. * Strong verbal and writing skills. * Attention to detail and follow through. * Ability to work under pressure. * Ability to maintain a positive attitude and communicate diplomatically with all clients, viewers, and national reps.
