- Provide dedicated business development support to all operating and corporate business development activities regarding accounting and reporting issues, including divestitures, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, etc. - Responsible for external accounting issues relating to these transactions. - Coordinate with accounting standards, close and consolidation and external auditors to develop accounting policy and procedure documentation for new business development transactions. - Work with other business development cross functional teams during negotiations - Review and provide comments to relevant business development contracts. - Assist with financial due diligence. - Engage relevant subject matter experts to assist with all aspects of accounting and reporting associated with business development transactions. - Periodically present financial accounting considerations of proposed transactions to Controller and CFO

Minimum Education Requirements: - BS in Accounting Required Experience and Skills: - Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in an accounting and/or financial reporting related role. - Must be able to adapt with changing priorities and work under the pressure of rigid time schedules Preferred Experience and Skills: - Experience working in a public accounting firm. CPA - MBA
