Summary
Medrio needs you to join the Marketing team as an Marketing Events Intern. Medrio will be hosting our annual mSquared User Conference and we need help organizing this event.
Responsibilities
* Help coordinate event logistics
* Coordinate and monitor event timelines to ensure deadlines are met
* Overseeing all administrative duties within the department
* Track event budgets
* Coordinate and participate in efforts to publicize event
* Maintain inventory of event supplies
Ideal Candidate
* College student graduating in 2016
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills
* Must be able to work and think independently and able to calmly multi-task while handling a heavy workload.
* Event planning experience preferred.
* 25 hour/week commitment
