Registered Nurse - Pediatric Patient Safety Analyst

I'm currently hiring for a full-time patient safety analyst in Kansas City! This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary of $55k - $71k. Full benefits package provided. • Conduct research and analysis to provide feedback to customers and guidance to the patient safety team on findings
• 45% analysis and feedback, 30% special projects, 15% customer support and 10% communication
• Analyze and evaluating safety event reports
• Conducting literature reviews
• Networking with healthcare facilities and experts to identify best-practices
• Help to lead patient safety and quality improvement collaborative
• Customer and client interaction

• Pediatric experience in a children’s hospital *highly preferred
• High reliability training/practical use training
• Active RN license *preferred
• BSN, MSN, MPH, MBA or MHA
• 3-5 years direct patient care *highly preferred
• Leadership experience
• Experience in patient safety, quality and/or risk mgmt. healthcare experience *highly preferred
