Registered Nurse - Pediatric Patient Safety Analyst

I'm currently hiring for a full-time patient safety analyst in Kansas City! This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary of $55k - $71k. Full benefits package provided. * Conduct research and analysis to provide feedback to customers and guidance to the patient safety team on findings * 45% analysis and feedback, 30% special projects, 15% customer support and 10% communication * Analyze and evaluating safety event reports * Conducting literature reviews * Networking with healthcare facilities and experts to identify best-practices * Help to lead patient safety and quality improvement collaborative * Customer and client interaction

* Pediatric experience in a children’s hospital *highly preferred * High reliability training/practical use training * Active RN license *preferred * BSN, MSN, MPH, MBA or MHA * 3-5 years direct patient care *highly preferred * Leadership experience * Experience in patient safety, quality and/or risk mgmt. healthcare experience *highly preferred
