MEDIX is looking for a REGISTERED NURSE interested in doing CASE MANAGEMENT.
The registered nurse will be doing case management in the North DFW area.
This opportunity is a non-clinical role, but Registered Nurse skills are needed for the assessment, observation, evaluation, and coordinating of care plans.
- Case Manager will visit nursing homes
- Nurse Case Manager assesses the care plan of patients
- Patient load will range between 8-10 patients a week
- Traveling to nursing homes within the DFW area
- Documenting and charting will be done 2/5 days a week remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- EMR experience
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work independently
- Current RN license
- Current driver's license
- Current auto insurance
Working Conditions
- Monday-Friday - 8a-5pm - traveling to nursing homes for assessments - all other duties are performed remotely from home
