Senior Reporting Analyst - Finance/Accounting

Responsible for reporting and analytics for the Customer Operations Finance Department; Supporting COF Management team, AR, Contract Ops, & Operations along with COF Business Partners and Customers. Execution of reporting teams monthly inventory of processes and reporting. Key processes include Metrics/Dashboard Reporting, f-Credit, Support Hold, Sales Baseline, BU Reviews, Reserve Analysis, and other general reporting and analysis. Requires strong ability to analyze data/problems and translate into meaningful reports and presentations across all levels of the organization.

* Collaborate with COF organization and other organizational partners (Accounting, Finance, BU Operations, Sales) * Streamline reporting efficiency and monthly processes * Provide high level of customer service * Support multiple Business Units across MTS * Additional Reporting and analytics as needed * Cross Train and learn key job functions for other reporting team members * Implement, document and update policies/procedures.

**Minimum Requirements** * 5+ years accounting experience **Critical Skills** * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications * Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills * Detail Oriented with an analytical mindset * Experience working in a deadline driven environment * Experience working in a fast paced, high impact environment * Ability to adapt to changing environment **Additional Knowledge & Skills** * Experience with SAP, Business Objects, or TM1 is preferred * Knowledge and/or experience in Order to Cash process is highly preferred * Exposure to SAP Business Warehouse is preferred **Education** * 4-year degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience
