Senior Operations Analyst - Finance/Accounting

Responsibilities include investigating and resolving customer inquires both internally and externally for the Customer Operations Finance group timely and accurately. Performing root cause analysis when repetitive issues arise to ensure the problem is addressed at the front end, improving customer satisfaction while reducing the inflow of requests.

* Support the Operations group with customer inquiries * Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Contract Operations * Order to cash process improvement within COF organization * Streamline operational processes * Promote best practices within the Center of Excellence * Support SLA’s within the organization * Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction * Troubleshoot issues to determine root cause analysis * Support multiple Business Units across MTS * Reporting and analytics * Performing root cause analysis and identifying process improvements across the Customer Operations Finance organization * Escalate issues to Management in a timely manner

**Minimum Requirements** * 5+ years accounting experience **Critical Skills** * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications * Large ERP system experience, example: SAP, Oracle, etc… * Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills\ **Additional Knowledge & Skills**\ * SAP experience is highly preferred * Contract Operations and/or Accounts Receivable knowledge preferred * Prior exposure to capturing and creating reporting preferred * Prior exposure to process improvement or root cause analysis is highly preferred * Prior healthcare background is preferred **Education** * 4-year degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience
