Macro Helix is seeking the right individual to join our team Supports 340BArchitect by providing technical guidance. Helps resolve customer issues regarding any data imported or manipulated based on business requirements. Relies on limited knowledge and professional discretion to achieve goals. Works under general supervision and usually reports to a supervisor, though some ingenuity and flexibility is required.

* Develops and maintains database objects in support of the Architect reporting module. * Runs ad-hoc analysis report. * Develops and maintains highly customized reports/extracts for internal and external customers. * Makes recommendations of process improvements to minimize impact of reports on system and increase overall report speeds using SQL tuning techniques. * Documents process changes regarding reporting

**Critical Skills** * Experience in writing and maintaining reports using SQL and other reporting tools * Create new logic and features using SQL * Correct and patch bugs in existing code/processes using SQL * Create database objects (tables, views, stored procedures, functions) * Make recommendations to improve and gain efficiency for existing processes * Develop and schedule custom reports * Documentation of any processed created or updates made * Ability to work effectively (maintaining accuracy and sensitivity) under tight timelines and schedules * Ability to sense the importance or impact of issues and situations and take appropriate actions * Experience with high volume data **Minimum Requirements** * 2+ years experience providing technical support to product support teams, field engineers and technicians. **Additional Knowledge & Skills** * 4 + years experience in report writing is highly preferred * Experience with SSMS 2008,2012 preferred * Report Builder 3 or crystal reports preferred * Health Care Experience preferred * Experience with SSIS preferred * Knowledge of Data Warehousing preferred * Experience working with data that contains PHI preferred **Education** * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting software and/or customer service on computer systems.
