Senior Art Director

MCD is an independent agency focused on the digital customer experience.

We’re looking for a rock star Senior Art Director: a stellar (pixel-perfect) designer with the strong conceptual chops to match. Experience working with large brands would be the icing on the cake.

* Collaborate with our copywriters, designers, creative directors, and strategists to bring innovative ideas to visual life * You will be working with our mass-market advertising/marketing/brand campaign team to design and execute a variety of initiatives, including mobile ads, homepage takeovers, interactive ads and videos * Ensure brand tenets are displayed consistently across all aspects of a given project * Clearly articulate ideas and strategies to clients; present concepts via phone and in person (occasional travel required) * Work hard, but manage jobs well. Because as much as we like each other, we don’t enjoy late nights in the office (and no weekends)

* Big-picture conceptual skills mandatory * Thorough understanding of (better yet – passion for) motion graphics * Ability to confidently lead internal and client projects and presentations * Detail-oriented; ability to adhere to ad specs * Knack for creating and executing in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive role * Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. We’re looking for bold, great ideas and a strong point of view (but no jerks, please)
