Interactive Designer

MCD Partners is a talented group of designers & developers, creators & coders, storytellers & strategists – who share a passion for bringing valuable, beautiful digital experiences to life. We’re looking for a self-motivated, pixel-perfect interactive/web designer, who will work with major brands on a wide range of digital marketing campaigns.

* Collaborate with our art directors, copywriters, account folks, and strategists to create exceptional design solutions based on initial conceptual and visual direction * Work across a wide range of web-related projects, including website design, animations, banner campaigns, graphic user interfaces, style guides, and presentation materials * Pay close attention to detail; ensure brand tenets are displayed consistently across all components of a given project

* Strong typographic and layout skills * Thorough understanding of (better yet – passion for) animation and motion design * Working knowledge of HTML and current development practices * Drawing/illustration skills very much a plus * Ability to clearly (and confidently) communicate ideas and timelines * Knack for creating and executing in a fast-paced environment
