The Peeler Operator is responsible for dispersing a consistent supply of quality potatoes to the trim room by operating the blending, weighing, pre-treating, and peeling systems and is also responsible to operate the pee wee equipment to ensure proper sizing to the IQF line.

• Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in a potato processing facility is a plus.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Must have ability to effectively present information before groups of customers or employees.
• Must have ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Required to complete certification through the Operator Training Program.
