- Managers. They lead a group of communication, industrial, graphic, digital, architectural, kinetic, information, and visual designers. - Human-centered. They start with people and thoughtfully consider the usefulness and usability of everything they create. - Makers. They make as a way of thinking and champion prototypes over powerpoints. - World-class visual designers. They have exceptional skills with form, color, composition, typography, and story. - Subject-matter experts. They deeply understand the domains of interaction design and user experience. - Complexity wranglers. They find patterns, deconstruct large challenges, and communicate persuasively. - Collaborative helpers. They help team members achieve more when they’re around, give great feedback, and have the humility to ask for help before it’s too late. - Inspired leaders. They participate in business development more frequently, and collaboratively lead interdisciplinary project teams and client relationships. - Consultants. They advise clients and build relationships that foster change for individuals and organizations.

- Have at least 5 years of management experience. - Have at least 10 years industry experience in designing digital products and services. - Understand project management and can demonstrate the ability to facilitate teamwork between internal teams and external clients, manage budgets and meet deadlines. - Get satisfaction from managing a multi-disciplinary team of designers. - Enjoy the responsibility of the development of a world-class design consultancy. - Can travel up to 25%.
