Program Manager - National Accounts

Established in 1988 to respond to the nursing shortage, Maxim Healthcare Services carries with it a commitment to providing a comprehensive level of service and quality care.

Program Manager for National Accounts will manage administrative tasks for the Program Management Office, provide customer service to clients and internal employees, and manage key national accounts, while also assisting with reporting functions.

* Manages Program Coordinators * Manages new and existing business between clients and branch offices * Resolves client and branch office issues as they arise and implement processes to avoid similar issues in the future * Maintains and builds relationships with clients and branch personnel * Assures customer satisfaction and resolves all issues with the customer (and branches as needed) * Retains knowledge of client contracts, on-boarding, and credentialing requirements * Creates and maintains client specific reports and additional reporting tools as assigned * Performs other duties as assigned/necessary

* Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Organizational Skills * Ability to multi-task * Successful completion of screening and hiring process
