Sales Manager for Social

We are looking for a hot shot Sales Manager to target and recruit direct advertisers in the Retail, Entertainment, games and mobile apps space. You should be one with proven background in online and mobile advertising sales, as well as have current relationships with digital media decision makers, both at the client and agency level. You should have previously sold agency services, preferably on FB / Twitter.

* Develop and manage relationships with US advertisers that will channel their budgets to working with Matomy’s social channels – FB/Twitter/Instagram * Meet, present, negotiate and do everything to secure the deal * Prioritize, manage and control a sales pipeline

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile / online media sales * A minimum of 2 years of experience working for a FB PMD / Agency * Proven record of effective digital advertising sales and achieving or exceeding revenue goals * Solid contacts and positive reputation with agencies and direct advertisers – especially in the mobile space * Strong business acumen and professionalism, excellent presentation and communication skills both verbal and written * Experience selling to retailers will be a major plus * Excellent customer focus and attention to detail * Whatever-it –takes mentality * Work towards attainable quarterly sales targets and meet or exceed these goals * Passion for the business of media sales * Strong knowledge in the social and mobile marketplace * Excellent communication skills and superior customer oriented skills * Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus
