Matomy Media Group is looking for an experienced Director, Media Partners to lead the strategy and growth of our US-based operations. The ideal candidate is a senior-level leader who will focus on revenue growth, business development, cross-departmental operations and team management. This position is ideal for someone looking to provide leadership and career development to their employees in addition to managing an impressive book of business.

* Lead an existing team of publisher account managers * Identify and capitalize on industry marketing trends * Proactively develop growth engines to increase performance * Prospect and develop strategic partnerships with new publishers as well as existing * Oversee partner needs including performance analysis, tracking and various financial reporting * Collaborate with colleagues globally to ensure goals are met * Develop working procedures to facilitate and enhance communication across units * Act as positive role model for team members

* Minimum 4 years of client relations experience in the online industry; preferably within the performance marketing field * Bachelor’s degree required * Enthusiastic, results-driven, detail-oriented, hardworking professional. * Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate effectively over the phone, email, and in person * Proven track record of building ongoing relationships * Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail * Ability to work with international teams
