Associate Auditor

Pat Ryan saw a need in the marketplace for a specialty organization dedicated exclusively to creating sophisticated insurance and risk management solutions for risks that demand innovation, proven leadership, outstanding industry experience and quality services.

WKFC is a Managing General Underwriter (MGU) specializing in the excess and surplus lines arena including property, DIC, boiler & machinery, wind and earthquake deductible buybacks, general liability, umbrella, inland marine, miscellaneous professional liability, insurance agents and brokers E&O, special events, weddings and weather. WKF&C seeks an Associate Auditor to join our growing, fast-paced office located in Melville, Long Island New York. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, in particular Excel, data analysis, and quality assurance review experience. Insurance industry experience desirable.

* Handle the review and quality checks of various insurance and non-insurance related projects, assuring that compliance with external and internal regulations are met. * Assist in/coordinate new program set up and rollout. * Develop, enhance, and maintain procedural checkpoints, methods, techniques. * Analyze, review, and address breaches in authority to insure integrity of products and procedures. * Complete documentation and review of all accounts assigned utilizing Excel and MS Word. * Review policies for completeness, develop and recommend internal controls to improve operational efficiency. * Participate in meetings/educational seminars/continued education courses offered. * Special Projects as assigned.

* Project review, experience with adherence to compliance issues. * Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. * Demonstrated proficient writing expertise. * Strong analytical, mathematical, decision making and negotiation skills. * Insurance Industry experience desirable. * VB and SQL knowledge a plus
