Orange County California independent insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Customer Service Rep (CSR) to handle a book of small-to-middle market clients.

The position requires a candidate with the following skills and attributes: * Minimum 2-3 years recent work experience servicing a commercial casualty book of business * Working experience with Microsoft Word and Excel * Working experience with AMS360 and FSC Rater preferred * Bi-Lingual in Spanish (written and oral), strongly preferred * Outstanding verbal & written communication skills * Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks and work within deadlines * Independently manage $350k revenue book of commercial business * Represent the agency in a professional and businesslike manner both in the office and on client appointments * California Property/Casualty Insurance License * Working experience with Mercury Insurance, Allied and Hartford preferred. * Working experience with Surplus Lines Markets and Wholesalers on commercial business * College degree or some college education preferred
