Software Product Manager

As software product manager you will act as the product lead of the development team. The position places you at the center of our software development efforts. Working in conjunction with our world class software engineers, designers, and analysts you will ensure the team is rapidly delivering value to our various customers. We are seeking a humble, curious, yet confident Product Manager to help us accelerate our Digital transformation and drive new digital initiatives across our organization.

* Accept ownership of the development and delivery of innovative software solutions, products and platforms that rapidly create value and drive change throughout our organization that positively impacts our customers, employees, and communities. * Meeting with business stake holders and technical team in collaborative working sessions to understand business vision of the software product. * Determine priorities from vision and implement technical plan to outline steps needed to bring product to market * participate in development of the software through actively working with software development team and business stakeholders through multiple iterations of product development to bring to market. * Support the product after the product has gone to market to gain adoption in the market and develop product enhancements from client feedback. * Drive the ideation, requirements gathering, technical development, and deployment of industry changing software products. * Structure Information in an actionable format to the software development team to implement product development plan and have these features adopted by the constituents. * Support shared vision of the Digital Roadmap with influential leaders across the organization, building consensus on prioritization of resources resulting in product delivery. * Ensure product requirements are derived directly from customer feedback, market research, and analysis. * Develop and manage to measurements of success and KPI’s. * Maximize the effectiveness of our software development efforts in a dynamic and agile approach. * Ensure that Agile methodologies are adhered to in the paired programming, test driven development environment. * Act as thought leader and internal evangelist on the approach to the discipline of Agile software development.

* BS degree in relevant field, or equivalent * 5 or more years of experience in software product management and design * Experience in web based application development and architecture * Ability to integrate customer feedback into the user interfaces for UI/UX development * Experience with software product workflow from wireframe, through mock up, development, and deployment * Strong time management skills to bring product to market within business deadline * Ability to think strategically but act tactically to implement steps and strategy to bring product vision to reality. * Understand how to structure information in an actionable manner * Exceptional ability to prioritize what is most important through logical decision making approach * Exemplary organizational management and analytical skills * Proven data discovery experience, and driving decisions based on data driven findings.
