Responsibilities
  • Provides high-level administrative support to an individual that holds a senior position in a medical office

  • Resolves administrative issues and problems that arise throughout the course of the day

  • Schedules all appointments, speaking engagements, events, etc. including scheduling priorities

  • Ensures that leadership is fully prepared for meetings and appearances; including compiling and preparing materials, confirming meeting details and expectations

  • Processes and prioritizes incoming mail and ensures mail is correctly processes and tracked in a timely manner

  • Plans writes, edits, and manages distribution of letters, memoranda, and other communications

  • Communicates regularly with individuals and groups across the organization and with external constituents

  • Processes expenditures for payment, reconciles accounts, and monitors expenses within budgetary framework

  • Serves as the executive’s most senior administrative staff

  • Staffs high level meetings as needed and records and drafts minutes

Ideal Candidate
  • Must have 1-2 years’ previous experience working in a medical setting

  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred, or equivalent experience

  • Three years administrative support at the executive level is required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication is required

  • High attention to detail is required

Compensation and Working Conditions
Hourly Pay $20 - $25
