Executive Assistant- Medical

- Provides high-level administrative support to an individual that holds a senior position in a medical office - Resolves administrative issues and problems that arise throughout the course of the day - Schedules all appointments, speaking engagements, events, etc. including scheduling priorities - Ensures that leadership is fully prepared for meetings and appearances; including compiling and preparing materials, confirming meeting details and expectations - Processes and prioritizes incoming mail and ensures mail is correctly processes and tracked in a timely manner - Plans writes, edits, and manages distribution of letters, memoranda, and other communications - Communicates regularly with individuals and groups across the organization and with external constituents - Processes expenditures for payment, reconciles accounts, and monitors expenses within budgetary framework - Serves as the executive’s most senior administrative staff - Staffs high level meetings as needed and records and drafts minutes

- Must have 1-2 years’ previous experience working in a medical setting - Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred, or equivalent experience - Three years administrative support at the executive level is required - Excellent written and verbal communication is required - High attention to detail is required
