Summary

The Web Producer provides web support and development for Jarden Technical Apparel (Marmot, ExOfficio, Zoot and Marker Apparel) web based content. This position contributes to Jarden Technical Apparel (JTA)’s success by coordinating project management, focusing on the daily and ongoing planning, development, implementation, maintenance, measurement, and analysis of JTA’s web business.

The incumbent develops short and long term web strategies to support each brands core-values by working with promoters, sales reps, merchandising and others to develop and manage retail programs that best promote JTA’s products, image and core values, and will translate into increased sales.

Responsibilities
  • Work with internal and external partners to gather all content related to site updates and digital marketing initiatives
  • Stage content, perform quality assurance testing,manage user acceptance testing and publish regularly scheduled site updates
  • Manage the site production calendar
  • Manage onsite search keywords to reduce no search results though the creation of synonyms and known search redirects
  • Consistently review site to identify any pages that should be refreshed or updated
  • Maintain procedures for web publishing and maintenance
Ideal Candidate
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • Experience managing and publishing content
  • Basic HTML skills a plus
  • Proficient use of the latest versions of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation
  • Self-motivated with experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to fulfill several project requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment
