Summary

MarketStar currently has an opportunity available for a Sales Enablement Specialist working with HPE’s Networking and E-rate program. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will have responsibility for monitoring, tracking, and reporting on HPE’s E-Rate activities. You will also manage all lead generating activities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and own lead tracking, assuring proper sales teams are tagged & any applicable SLED programs are properly identified (e.g E-Rate; Common Core)
  • Create and distribute E-Rate reporting
  • Research and track Deal Registrations for E-Rate 470 applications
  • Monitor, track and report on E-Rate wins and funding
  • Focus on Channel Partner HPN Lead Generation through various activities
  • Serve as the inbound conduit for leads generated through contracts
  • Collaborate with HP PPS for lead gen opportunities
  • Compile leads from various SLED bid board sources: RFPs, Bond Reports, BidSync, SmartProcure, Digital Navigator, etc.
  • Coordinating w/ HP Marketing for demand gen from HP events
  • Manage lead distribution & team formation for leads they generate
  • Identify the right combination of SLED Territory Manager, ISR, Field Specialist, SLED Channel Specialist, PBM, and HP partner for the lead
  • Create and manage competitive sales info & data via public records requests
  • Request and compile data via public records
  • Provide field sales reps w/ fact based data on which vendors the customers are using and what their yearly spend is
  • Assist field sales team with the knowledge they need to attack our competitors pain points & leverage HPs strengths
Ideal Candidate
  • 4 year degree required or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years similar or related work experience
  • Excellent sales, presentation, and communication skills
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional
  • Able to function in a team environment
  • Results-oriented
  • Basic understanding of technical products and solutions
  • Prior HP experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Ability to manage information within a database
  • Able to learn new concepts quickly
