Marathon Petroleum Company LP has an immediate opening for a Mechanic located in Covington, KY.

• Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of equipment and systems of tractors & trailers in our transport fleet. Mechanics must be capable of performing repairs with limited supervision on: wheel seals, suspension, brakes, electrical, air and cooling systems.

• A high school diploma or GED is required. Candidates must have at least 18 months actual truck mechanic or trainee experience.
• Must be DOT certifiable and must have CDL or acquire CDL within 6 months.
• Experience with computer diagnostic equipment is preferred.
