Summary
Outdoor sports manufacturing facility is seeking an Occupational Nurse for their low incident plant.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining OSHA records
* Be able to prescribe routing and corrective stretches for reducing and preventing injuries
* Participating in Plant Safety and Ergonomic programs
* Performing Health Education & Promotion
* CPR / First Aid Certified
* Working knowledge of Workers Compensation, Short-term Disability, and FMLA
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records
* On-Call work as required by plant needs
Ideal Candidate
* Good bedside manner! You will be serving your fellow employees and must be able to serve with care and respect. If you don’t everyone will know it and you won’t last.
* Registered Nurse with occupational health experience
* This is a low incident facility that has a strong safety culture
* Main cases involve Sore Muscles and Repetitive Stress Injuries
* Ability to administer shots such as Tetanus
* Ability to handle minor manufacturing incidents
* You must desire to be around the great outdoors! Montana living is not for everyone, it for those that love it! Working for an outdoor sports company does make it even for enjoyable!
