Junior Community Manager

MakerBot is looking for a Community manager to join our team for Thingiverse. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, PR and promotional events, we would like to meet you. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop great content. You will engage, educate, and advocate on behalf of our community and will work cross-functionally throughout the organization to optimize the user experience. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online conversations with our community. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

* Serve as a resource and ambassador to Thingiverse community * Provide first-class support and account management to a growing number of Thingiverse users. * Develop a content plan and execute on it * Manage Thingiverse presence on social channels * Help grow the Thingiverse community through marketing efforts * Monitor and report on feedback to the product and development teams * Stay up-to-date with digital and 3D printing trends
