Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with “Finance - IT Applications”. Should have functional and technical skills to work cross functionally on the development and implementation of a variety of Finance applications projects.

• Lead and/or participates in cross-functional teams working on Finance - IT projects
• Recognized as a functional and technical expert of own area within the organization.
• Point person for all systems related audit support and change request documentation to satisfy internal and external control requirements
• Develops processes, procedures and makes technical development decisions for applications to implement functional strategies.
• Research application functionality to determine future technical developmental needs.
• Establish & maintain relationships with business partners and serve as IT liaison on business requirements, application functionality, feasibility, and manage resource requirements for project requests.

• Energetic, flexible team player with ability to adapt in changing environment
• Previous experience in retail is a plus, but not required
• BA/BS in Finance or Information Systems required
