The Yard Jockey helps maintain our vehicles in good working order and the lot in an organized manner. Reporting to the Transportation Manager, the Yard Jockey ensures that vehicles needing service or maintenance are serviced accordingly.

The ideal candidate for this position has a Class A CDL with at least one year of continuous driving experience, some vehicle repair knowledge/skills, and good computer skills. Hours are Sunday 9 AM – 5 PM and Monday – Thursday 12 PM – 8:30 PM.

• Maintains the vehicle fleet
• Takes vehicles for repair when needed
• Cleans vehicles
• Positions vehicles in the right loading doors for the night trips
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Class A CDL with at least one year of continuous driving experience
• PC literate using Windows
• Some vehicle repair knowledge/skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Motivated to complete work and get results without direct supervision
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing tasks/demands
