Warehouse Manager

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this Manager will oversee the daily warehouse operations including selector hiring, performance and scheduling, overall productivity, and accuracy.

* Responsible for all aspects of the operation: receiving, selecting, checking, loading, stocking, shipping, warehouse sanitation. * Oversee installation of equipment and supplies. * Ensure clean and safe operation of the warehouse. * Ensure all equipment is repaired properly and safe to operate. * Work with all supervisors to ensure all policies and procedures are followed. * Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. * Manage department personnel including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. * Responsible for all activities and problems of satellite buildings. * Takes a safety leadership role including minimizing lost time for injuries. * Ensure product accessibility, excellent conditions of property and equipment, and errorless loads. * Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

* 3 – 5 years warehouse experience * Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role * Comfortable with working till the job is finished * Desire to work in a process-oriented environment * Ability to lift 70lbs boxes over and over
