Summary
We’re looking for a creative thinker and strong collaborator, who is equally excited about planning and managing details as publicly representing MailChimp. The ideal candidate has worked in consumer technology and has a strong design sensibility.
Responsibilities
* Increase MailChimp’s brand awareness and brand strength through event sponsorship
* Identify, engage, and manage sponsorship of events and conferences
* Attend events and represent MailChimp to customers, partners, and prospects
* Work with segment marketing, brand studio, and external vendors to develop marketing assets for sponsorship
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree
* 3-4 years experience in marketing, event planning, and/or event management
* Understanding of technology, e-commerce, and design landscapes
* Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
* Proficient with spreadsheets and project management software
* Willing to travel
