Marketing Internship

Magnetic is a technology company with a marketing platform for enterprises, brands and agencies. Our prospecting, remarketing and merchandising solutions help marketers find, keep and bring back customers across channels and devices. These solutions are powered by our unique data including purchase intent and behavioral insights.

As a Magnetic Marketing Intern, you’ll earn college credit while building essential marketing skills in a fun, fast-paced start-up environment. You’ll gain exposure to the world of ecommerce, grow your understanding of digital marketing and technology, learn how to position products and services, and flex your creative muscles by contributing to our blog and presentations. The ideal candidate is eager to provide support and perspective that bolsters Magnetic’s Marketing campaigns and initiatives by contributing original, creative ideas. This person is eager to learn about multiple facets of a Marketing organization, has an eye for design, is collaborative, and is exceptionally organized.

* Support the creation of powerpoint presentations and sales assets * Social media / Website / Blog management * Support content marketing initiatives with writing and editing * Participation in creative development projects * Research * Operational management (updating client lists, data entry, etc.)

* Prior coursework in advertising, media, marketing, communications, or other relevant areas * Work or internship experience in digital media or marketing industry a plus * Enthusiasm for marketing, advertising, and technology * Creative thinker and problem-solver * Motivated, self-sufficient, and action-oriented * Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong eye for design * Proficient with PowerPoint. Experience with design software (e.g. Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) a plus
