* Become a key player on the marketing team and regularly contribute creative ideas. * Support and manage national and international events from concept to execution, including client parties, tradeshows, and other Magnetic hosted events. * Assist in building branded materials, including powerpoint presentations, one sheets, event invites and other marketing/sales materials. * Contribute to content strategy through writing blog posts, and assisting in the creation of reports, eBooks, graphics, videos, etc. * Conduct research and trend analysis. * Contribute and deliver on creative brand executions such as videos, special event programs, branded items, etc.

* Often takes initiative and is self sufficient. * Loves organization and is detail oriented * Has a strong ability to think both creatively and analytically. * Has experience working with Powerpoint and excel. * Enjoys working in an open, friendly and fast-paced environment. * Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite a strong plus. * Knowledge of digital marketing and media landscape a plus. * BA/ BS degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business management or related field. * At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or advertising role, or strong internship experience.
