Responsibilities
* Implement external communications plans that span across trade press, partners, prospects, and clients in order to position the company and communicate our business value. * Develop and manage the company’s public relations strategy, including our relationship with external PR agencies. * Lead content initiatives and develop a cohesive content strategy to support thought leadership and demand generation. * Identify trends from Magnetic’s data and insights, and perspective from industry research. * Craft and design original content that can be utilized across marketing channels, including, but not limited to blog posts, articles, interviews, speaking abstracts, e-books, white papers, infographics, etc. * Oversee and create brand collateral and content, including company materials, presentations, videos, etc. * Work with key stakeholders to develop and execute on speaking and press opportunities. * Collaborate with marketing team and work cross functionally to support sales enablement, product launches, events, lead / demand generation and internal communications.

* Clear communicator who takes complex ideas and turn them into digestible concepts * Passion for developing stories related to industry trends. * A driven strategist that can balance creative, analytical and strategic thinking. * Strong collaborator who values input and new ideas. * Distinctive writing skills that can be tailored for everything from thought leadership to culture-oriented, and technical product content. * Experience working on a cross-functional team. * Ability to be self-directed and handle cross-functional projects. * Deadline driven and comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and high-growth organization. * 6 years of combined experience working in marketing, communications, and/or public relations (B2B experience is a must). * Experience working in advertising tech or marketing tech. * Knowledge of digital marketing landscape and technology-related trends (SaaS experience is a plus)
