Laurus' client, a leading company in Wilmington, DE, is searching for Staff and Senior Internal Auditors to join their team! This company is well known for its impressive corporate culture and opportunities for growth!

* Conduct financial, operational, strategic and compliance audits * Develop audit programs specific to engagement needs * Occasionally participate in special request audits * Support the SOX compliance program * Evaluate the effectiveness of control and governance processes * Partner with business process owners to recommend optimal business solutions to strengthen controls and increase efficiency * Maintain and improve processes and procedures in order to mitigate potential exposure to risk or fraud

* At least 3 years of auditing experience * BS / BA in Accounting or any business related field. * CPA, CIA, CFSA, CRMA, or CISA preferred * Understanding of the International Standards for the Professional Practices of Internal Auditing of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
