Manager Tax Accounting and Reporting

Our client is a reputable global service provider who has an immediate need for a Tax Accounting Manager at their corporate offices. This company offers exciting opportunities and excellent benefits! This role will be part of their global tax function and work very closely with the businesses.

• This role will be responsible for the consolidated global income tax provision and oversea the worldwide income tax accrual process in accordance with ASC740.
• Responsible for the SEC related reporting requirements and financial statement footnote disclosures pertaining to income taxes
• Manage the external audit process related to tax
• Be involved in the foreign tax credit modeling process
• Manage SOX requirements for the consolidated income tax reporting process.

• BS in Accounting required, advanced degree and/or CPA preferred
• Min of 6+ years ASC 740 with an SEC registrant
• Experience working with a global company or clients and exposure to foreign tax credits.
• Experience working with SOX controls
