Summary
Responsible for ensuring the prompt resolution of inbound customer telephone calls; assisting with Live Chat and email communication; performing other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
* Respond to Customer Service phone inquiries. * Respond to written inquiries from customers based on business needs and volume. * Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ideal Candidate
**Education/Experience:** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. One to three months related experience and/or training preferred. **Communication Skills:** Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. **Mathematical Skills:** Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. **Reasoning Ability:** Ability to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. **Physical Demands:** Regularly required to talk and hear; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, and feel; occasionally required to sit and reach with hands and arms. **Other Skills:** Ability to provide outstanding customer service to external and internal customers; excellent written and verbal communication skills; well organized and detail oriented; computer navigation and keyboarding skills. **Work Hours:** Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
