About M Financial Group

M Financial was established with a new distribution network of entrepreneurial Member Firms. Working together with select carriers, we created better products for affluent clients and distributed them through this exclusive network of Member Firms.

Responsibilities
  • As a member of the executive support team for M Benefit Solutions, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Consulting Services and Actuarial teams.
  • This will include maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, as well as preparing materials and assisting with follow-up from meetings and conference calls.
  • You will also assist with coordination of convention participation for M Benefit Solutions and joint venture partners including shipment of exhibit booths and marketing materials.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for making travel arrangements and processing expense reports.
  • You will also draft and edit correspondence, reports and other written documents utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Other duties will include posting documents to corporate, bank and joint venture websites, maintaining the marketing pipeline database, and tracking continuing education for the departments.
Ideal Candidate
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum two years’ progressively responsible, relevant experience as an Executive Assistant at a mid- to senior- level
  • Proficiency with a PC and a variety of software applications and database management (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize and report status of multiple projects
  • Exceptional organization and problem solving skills, with the ability to follow through
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external contacts
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proven ability to work with changing requirements/priorities using internal/external peer resources
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated and responsible
