You love to design, create and enhance the look and feel of any website, but work continuously to design for delight. You have a portfolio of work which details your passion for UI and are proud to show it off. Your skills at HTML and CSS are unsurpassed and you love having a good time at work with fun-loving colleagues who contribute to the success of the user. You have built a brand previously and are excited to build our Lytx brand from the ground up.

* Responsive Design expertise is a must-have along with experience with using Bootstrap CSS * The use of best practice methodologies when developing HTML and CSS * The ability to take a mockup, slice and dice it into SVGs and/or sprites and in a way that not only provides the webpage with the images it needs but in a way that is efficient and scalable * Diagnose browser inconsistencies and be able to come up with a solution that works in all supported browsers * Take ownership of the HTML/CSS portion of the website and work with front-end team and UX team to determine how to best implement the defined requirements * Quickly implement working prototypes that will be used as part of our design approval process * Other duties as assigned

* Expert level understanding and experience using HTML5/CSS3 * SASS (LESS/SCSS) experience is strongly desired * Responsive Web Design for mobile and web applications * Big plus if you have built responsive websites from the ground up * Style Guides * While JavaScript knowledge isn’t required it is recommend that you at least be comfortable working around it * Big plus if you have worked with AngularJs * Image Slicing – implementing SVG’s * Creation and use of sprites * Prototyping **Other Skills:** * Motivated self-starter and fast learner, able to understand and master new technologies quickly * Must have strong troubleshooting, analytical, time-management, and problem-solving skills * Great team member able to get along well with others
