Summary
Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, the Financial Analyst will be a key member of the FP&A team at this rapidly growing company. The successful candidate will work with organizations across the company to build detailed operational budgets and forecasts, assist in the development and implementation of key financial processes such as the strategic plan, annual budget, and periodic forecasts and provide ongoing operating and financial analysis to leadership. The successful candidate will be joining a fun, fast paced, high-growth company and will be involved in the ongoing building and improvement of the finance organization.
Responsibilities
* Deliver key aspects of the forecasting and budgeting processes for the G&A functions * Develop a deep understanding of the accounting to ensure accurate forecasting * Identify, report on, and monitor G&A spend and identify business risks and opportunities associated with the plan * Advise members of management on financial planning budgeting and monthly results * Effectively communicate and present financial matters to management * Possess excellent analytical skills, problem solving, strong attention to detail and exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience * Bachelor’s degree required * Experience with ERP and Financial Planning systems, NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus * Financial modeling skills, excellent Excel skills, and demonstrated proficiency in analysis of business results * A continuous improvement mentality and drive to learn new concepts and analytical skills * Execution-focused with the ability to take individual responsibility for delivering high quality work in a timely manner * Enjoys working in a fast-paced, energized, self-starter environment
