Summary
The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be hired on a contract basis and will take direction from the team on addressing past due accounts. Tapping into your knowledge of billing transaction expertise, we are planning to conduct a major letter campaign and need your assistance. If you love to work in a fast paced, dynamic organization that has an ever increasing customer base which is in need of your skills, then this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
* Accounts Receivable related responsibilities (collections, customer correspondence; written or by phone) * General office work (filing, mailing of letters, use of computers and software) * Use of general and specific MS Office applications * Preparing and sending a high volume of letters to customers * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
**Required Experience & Qualifications:** * 1+ year(s) of Accounts Receivable experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications * Knowledge and basic understanding of billing transactions and administrative functions. **Preferred Skills & Qualifications:** * Experience with high volume environments * Comfort using a CRM such as SalesForce or NetSuite * Ability to follow established procedures and instructions to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner * Strong work-ethic, excellent time management, prioritization & organizational skills. * Team player and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing business setting * Excellent communication skills * Well-organized with strong attention to detail
