Summary

The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be hired on a contract basis and will take direction from the team on addressing past due accounts. Tapping into your knowledge of billing transaction expertise, we are planning to conduct a major letter campaign and need your assistance. If you love to work in a fast paced, dynamic organization that has an ever increasing customer base which is in need of your skills, then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable related responsibilities (collections, customer correspondence; written or by phone)
  • General office work (filing, mailing of letters, use of computers and software)
  • Use of general and specific MS Office applications
  • Preparing and sending a high volume of letters to customers
  • Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 1+ year(s) of Accounts Receivable experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge and basic understanding of billing transactions and administrative functions.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with high volume environments
  • Comfort using a CRM such as SalesForce or NetSuite
  • Ability to follow established procedures and instructions to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Strong work-ethic, excellent time management, prioritization & organizational skills.
  • Team player and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing business setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
