Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities: Sales Forecasts and Budget Planning: - Analyze and reforecast sales targets (volume + distribution) on a weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis for each Channel of Trade, Brand, Account Manager, Account and Region. - Track and align with Finance on channel operating expenses compared to budget expectation on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis - Assists the VP of Premium Sun in facilitating the annual budget process by coordinating the sales directors and cross functional teams to ensure key deliverables and deadlines to VP, Finance are upheld. - Supports VP of Premium Sun with development of three year plan. Business Planning: - Plans, implements and monitors the back office process required to propose new business models, special projects and partnership opportunities with DS key retailers . - Works with customers, brand managers and accounts to create and implement the appropriate customer/brand matrix and assortment selection. - Work collaboratively with Supply Chain developing and managing top line brand plans reacting to business tends . - Works with sales ops, warehouse and inventory planning (internally and across subsidiaries) to research and implement channel specific supply chain requirements and streamlining opportunities. - Cross Company Synergy – Network and research across subsidiaries (retail/International wholesale/Oakley/OP/KA) to identify cross company synergies. ISSP, Category management, supply chain, etc. - Work with Premium Sun segment leaders to develop retail channel market intelligence for Luxottica and competitor brands on an ongoing basis. Special Project Management: - Work with VP of DS to create account specific proposals and project planning based upon terms and expectations being negotiated. Work with internal resources (management, legal, finance) to evaluate the potential profitability of each project. - Work collaboratively with SVP operations align teams on special projects by coordinating all internal groups required to ensure a successful project launch. Ensure all internal and external partners are delivering commitments by scheduled target dates. - Once executed, monitor performance and profitability on an individual project basis (location, retailer) and the collective impact on the DS performance.

Position Requirements: - Demonstrated ability to think strategically, yet deliver strong execution - Project management skills and experience are critical - Able to work & problem solve in a highly complex/matrixed environment - Strong organizational and business management skill. - Ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity, research creative solutions and implement new processes to address - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Self starter with strong initiative and sense of urgency – ability to work within the high expectation of the company, team, clients and license partners. - Ability to quickly generate and initiate creative solutions to problems as they arise - Ability to solve various types of problems that may involve multiple departments within the Company - Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook - Familiarity with a legacy database system, such as SAP, Business Objects. - Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree – Business Administration or Finance - Minimum 5 years experience in Business Administration, Project management and/or strategy management/consulting. - CPG, department store related wholesale sales, retail sales, merchandising or related experience.
