To provide the best online platform and programs in the world for getting more people riding bikes.

• Join our core team of 12 staff based in the US, UK and NZ.

• Code like a champion and develop some great features that get more people enjoying riding bikes

• Solve problems and fix bugs that come up

• Assist in speccing new features and finding the best solutions to meet business requirements.

• 5+ experience in web development.

• 3+ years in Ruby.

• Good understanding of Object Oriented Design.

• Working knowledge of design patterns.

• Likes to focus, get things done and hit milestones.

• Open minded, collaborative and friendly.

• Experience defining and implementing APIs.

• Relational database experience.

• Strong experience with JavaScript and client-side JavaScript Frameworks (e.g. SpineJS, Ember, Backbone, etc).

• Test-driven development with RSpec or MiniTest.

• Excited about writing quality code, constantly improving the codebase and reviewing other’s pull requests.

• Flexibility in working with a remote team. We have developers in New Zealand and a team in the UK and Atlanta, USA.
