Summary
LPP is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to help us tell OUR story to potential new clients and our existing audiences throughout the healthcare and technology worlds! LPP’s marketing communications manager will be responsible for creating and executing a marketing plan that showcases our client successes and our experts, and conveys why technology and healthcare companies should be engaging with LPP to tell their story. Under the strategic direction of a member of the LPP senior leadership team, you will play an exciting role in helping to achieve LPP’s new business and growth objectives by driving our visibility and lead generation efforts. The position will be based in either our Austin or Boston office.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs to promote the agency’s brand and attract new business opportunities * Drive external visibility and lead generation through marketing, PR, networking and referral initiative * Create and/or update LPP’s externally-facing content, including the agency website, collateral and sales materials, such as case studies and capabilities presentations * Implement and manage a marketing database * Manage the agency’s look-and-feel in collaboration with LPP graphic designer * Refine LPP messaging and differentiation based on competitive intelligence * Collaborate with the LPP Digital Team to drive agency social media channels and SEO efforts in support of the overall marketing plan * Report regularly to the LPP senior team on campaign plans, progress and successes
Ideal Candidate
* B.S./B.A. degree in marketing, communications, public relations or business-related field * 4-6 years of related experience in B2B technology marketing; experience with a PR agency, consulting firm, or client services environment required * Experience with digital email marketing tools * Experience executing email and social campaigns, as well as SEO/SEM. Website management required, website redesign preferred * Ability to manage multiple projects and their associated tasks * Knowledge and familiarity with photography and video production a plus
