Responsibilities

This full-time role is within our off-site Multimedia Services team, supporting a large-scale pharmaceutical company across multiple campuses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Occasional travel between campuses is expected. The off-site team focuses on supporting the sales and marketing divisions in several digital capacities across multiple therapeutic areas.
The Web Designer (WD) will work closely with our Web Client Partner, client brand teams and extended Multimedia Services team to produce and maintain flawless, user/client centered designs for Health Care Professional and Consumer websites both branded and unbranded.
You will be measured by the ability to balance flawless execution, collaboration and client expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree majoring in fine arts, human computer interaction, or relevant work experience; a continuous record of learning
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of design tools in the Adobe Creative Suite
Strong attention to detail, design sense and passion for best practices
Proven commercial success in a web design role
Demonstrated ability to ideate original and creative concepts that drive business results for clients
Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects, priorities and tasks in a fast paced environment
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience creating style guides and finalizing assets
Positive attitude, self-motivation and solutions focused MAX, 2D and 3D illustration, 3D animation
Some UX design experience is ideal
