Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Master internal processes and online tracking system including creating purchase/media orders, job jackets, and reports.
  • Reconcile media, purchase, and insertion orders.
  • Manage up to 54 budget spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and making appropriate adjustments accordingly
  • Contact vendors to confirm billing information and other details
  • Compile and organize billing files and records
  • Provide billing reports and updates on a regular basis
  • Basic Accounts Receivable and accounting cycle knowledge a plus, but not requirement

Basic Requirements

  • Excellent people skills
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal and presentation
  • Superior skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
