Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities: - Conduct extensive market research - Evaluate market penetration - Create and analyze marketing metrics to identify cause and effect relationships - Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets - Analyze competitors - Create tools to assess and implement customer’s promotional needs - Research industry best practices and integrate into LivingWorks core values and belief for marketing and promotional materials and activities - Indicate return on investment for recommended activities - Analyze & provide recommendations on the use of creative media outlets including social media for communications and promotion - Develop creative ways to expand our global reach - Determine brand perceptions and provide recommendations and examples to update brand & promotional material - Provide support to the VP, Strategic Development in creating & sustaining strategic relationships - Work collaboratively with the Strategic Development team regarding all accountabilities - **Occasional travel will be required**
Ideal Candidate
Core Competencies: - Keen desire to research and substantiate findings - Strong analytical & creative mindset - Strong presentation skills - Ability to influence change - Aptitude for thinking outside the box - Strong writing skills - Relevant industry knowledge would be considered an asset - 10+ years prior experience in a similar role - Degree or Diploma in Business or related field is required
