* Create and organize content in our knowledge base for both internal and external use in collaboration with product, engineering, and sales. * Develop the “voice” of LiveRamp and be the primary owner of all copy across the product, training tools, and documentation. * Research and decide on tools and services that we can use for client education, documentation, and more. * Contribute towards building a great company.

* 3+ years of technical writing experience ideally at an enterprise SaaS company. * Extensive design or copywriting experience. * Ability to make technical concepts, designs, and documents accessible to a variety of different technical and non-technical audiences. * Quickly pick up on technical products and concepts to become an expert on all of our products. * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Photoshop or equivalent design tool. * Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions). * Desire to work in San Francisco. We will relocate you if necessary.
