We are looking for a highly motivated, intelligent and passionate recruiter to join our technical recruiting team here at LiveRamp. Our team is dedicated to making the candidate & new hire experience excellent, but also continuing to foster the amazing culture that makes up LiveRamp’s Engineering team. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead our hiring efforts and to help us hit our aggressive growth goals. We’ve nearly doubled in size every year for the past three years and continue to scale intelligently.

* You will own full-cycle recruiting from the first touch all the way to the offer. * Support the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top engineers through sourcing and engaging candidates. * Apply creativity to the candidate experience continue to help the team improve the interview and new hire processes. * Be a consultative partner and trusted advisor to various hiring managers. * Help the team meet our goals: lower time-to-fill, improve upon an already impressive candidate experience, and maintain excellent relationships with our Hiring Managers.

* 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong preference for Bay Area Tech and Engineering knowledge. * Successful track record and high level of expertise with Backend, Full stack, DevOps and Data Scientist recruiting. * The ability to take initiative and build productive relationships. * High standards, with the flexibility to improvise and move quickly. * Great communication skills both internally and externally. You always answer emails and calls within 12 hours. * Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies (Greenhouse preferred). * Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive
