• Design, build, test and operate the full stack from database through web application tier and user interface.
• Translate customer and product requirements into technical designs and implementation.
• Build highly performant web applications that interact with large data sets.
• Evolve database schemas for functionality and performance.

• 3+ years experience building scalable and reliable web applications.
• Comfort with Ruby on Rails (or similar web application toolset) and Javascript.
• Experience with relational databases and optimization.
• Excellent coding skills, particularly in a team environment.
• Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions).
• Desire to work in San Francisco. We will relocate you if necessary.
