* Design, build, test and operate the full stack from database through web application tier and user interface. * Translate customer and product requirements into technical designs and implementation. * Build highly performant web applications that interact with large data sets. * Evolve database schemas for functionality and performance. * Learn and discover cutting edge technologies to increase our efficiency and effectiveness. * Work on your own great ideas for our company during HackWeeks. * Contribute towards building a great company.

* 3+ years experience building scalable and reliable web applications. * Comfort with Ruby on Rails (or similar web application toolset) and Javascript. * Experience with relational databases and optimization. * Excellent coding skills, particularly in a team environment. * Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions). * Desire to work in San Francisco. We will relocate you if necessary.
