Summary
We are looking for someone with a core belief in the power of empathy and design thinking. You view yourself as a thought leader with a deep empathy for our enterprise users, who are, at the end of the day, an individual who relies on our products to excel at their job. Do you relish being a hands-on influential designer from creation to launch? Does the complex user experience challenge of designing products that accommodates different users at different points with different needs keep you invigorated? Responsibilities
* Balance business goals & optimal user experience. * Advocate and support consistency in designs and experiences * Leverage research findings to prioritize usability and user value. * Champion a user experience that extends over all device platforms, focusing on simple-to-use and engaging product experiences * Develop user flows, wireframes, and lo-fi prototypes to effectively communicate intended user experience. * Collaborate with Product owners to define features and author user stories. * Partner with Developers to support planning and implementation of designs. * Ability to present design decisions and rationale clearly. * Partner with other designers to align across multiple projects * Monitor feature builds to measure, adjust and optimize.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with agile teams * Design for web and mobile applications * Experience in enterprise SaaS/cloud based product design * Proficient with design tools: i.e. Sketch, InVision, Omnigraffle * Ability to produce clear and succinct interaction specifications * Enjoy the environment in a fast-paced startup and thinking on your feet * Be ready to switch directions when needed * Possess a demonstrable portfolio of web, desktop and mobile design
